I don't know how to get my team on the list

In the top right corner theres something called “Team Admin”, press that, then press “Teams” which is on the bar at the left side, and finally “Register Team”

I am trying this and it isn’t working… there is some text that says “join waiting list” but it isn’t a button… whats up?
