Need som help with a lag problem

I have a problem where it “chokes” randomly ingame. Everything freezes and when its over I am somewhere else or dead. Im not great with tf2 stuff so please help me.

i also have the same problem though not that often. i dont know if it in anyway helps but it mostly happens if ive been playing tf2 for a long time (6+ hours straight), overheating or shizzle? no idea.

not really the same problem for me, it happens as soon as i join a server

ah, sowwy then. well, anyone has a solution to my problem too, or is it just overheating stuff?
Do you no if its tf2? or is it on your net side? If its tf2, reinstall etc… If its not try fixing your connection
