Ok, well i have been messing around all morning making skins for my rocket launcher, only to find once i have gone to test the skin this pops up :O

Can anyone help, can understand why its giving me this error, clearly i have the disk space :/

Remove the chelsea background… that will fix your problem…
on the other hand try tf2 properties and (i’m not running steam here so i can’t say it for sure) something with your cache files try running that and try disk defragmentaging in the properties awell.

obviously something has happend when you did something with your skins, remove the skins and replace them with the original files.
