I’m guessing this has already been asked but to lazy to look for it anyways long story short, I use my mouse4 button as push to talk but every time i do iget a lag problem which irritates me, if any help to fix this pls help.

Try changing your settings to the ones in the red rectangle shown here:

Does that alleviate the issue?
