Tf2 crash...after update

somepoint, after mass updates is row, my tf2 started crashing when I open my backpack and try to equip something or go out of the backpack.
so…
1st I open my backpack
2nd I try to equip something
3rd It crashes
tried to re-install the game but nothing happened…
Anyone else has this problem?
can someone help me?
do you have a costum hud? if yes which?

it seems the hud is broken, I removed it and tried the original and it is working…
This is related to custom HUD files conflicting with game code. You can safely use the HUD, just delete CharInfoLoadoutSubPanel and ClassLoadoutPanel from /resource/ui/.
