Is there a fix to this, its really hard to make some good things when the clip lag like hell :)

Any help would be really appreciated.

render ur clips on low and high quality, so u can edit on low quality and then use large clips for final rendering

i dunno if sony vegas can do it, its just how movie editing works :D
