Hey guys.

I just got my computer back from being fixed, and have now got a problem with my mic. I had this exact problem when i bought the computer originally.

Basically the mic doesn’t work, it doesn’t register anything as input. The microphone isn’t muted, and it does work on other computers so it isn’t the mic. I can play the sound of the mic through the speakers, but it still doesn’t register anything in input.

I have an intergrated sound card, but i don’t think drivers are the issue, i fixed the problem last time without any change to drivers.

If anyone thinks they know how to fix this or have any suggestions, please post or feel free to add me on steam.

you need to wait for mumble to load upp, then plug your headset inn. Dont have your headset plugged inn from the beggining of the booting of your pc. I have used laptop to play with all these years, and I still have that shit problem

You can’t do that on XP due to a lack of dynamic DS device switching.
