sorry, twas a quick hijack.

Basically I take the TGA’s and compile it to MP4 with the h264 codec, I can then play the video file perfectly on youtube and quicktime but laggy with windows media player and VLC etc. but that doesn’t bother me.

It’s when I go to edit the video in Vegas, basically I go into the explorer, drag the clip in the timeline and there’s no video clip at all, just sound :/

Its rather annoying because the clips are only small in size so its perfect apart from the lack of ability to edit.

I’m not sure if it works in AE though, havent tried yet.

Don’t edit MP4, use lagarith. Buy a new HDD if you don’t have enough space. :P

Dunno if you’ve ever done maths/physics before, but its the same theory of “don’t round your figures until the last stage”.
