Keyboard aiming?

Alright thanks guys. Im not planning to actually play this way, just want to have some fun, I can aim perfectly fine with a mouse :)
If you have an Xbox you can use an Xbox controller via USB for a similar result, and more easily controllable. But you’re pretty much going to get destroyed by people behind you.
I do wonder whether mousekeys would actually work for this though.

“cl_mouselook” = “1”
– Set to 1 to use mouse for look, 0 for keyboard look. Cannot be set while connected to a server

When Gozzer broke his arm he did this for a while and managed to play medic, ppl thought he was hacking though due to the completely unnatural movements…however, his scores begged to differ. <3
