you can buy tobacco in stores in Finland, but not wet tobacco ( just stupid if u ask me).
The best way to get some of this weed is to do a trip to sweden :P you can take with you a decent amount to Finland but you are not allowed to sell it to anyone else, it’s only for your own usage.
