Lower seeded countries will just need to live with this. UEFA and FIFA are pretty corrput organisations, imagine the horror of Ireland making the WC instead of France?
Happened last year with Scotland V Italy, Italy get free kick for fuck all and score from it in the last minute. It’s blatantly obvious.

FIFA is probably the most corrupt governing body in the world, but that’s just not their style. Continuing to argue that top level football wouldn’t benefit from TV replays after this is much more them.
