The new game Painkiller: Resurrection has been released.
Are there anyone here that has purchased it? What do you think of it?
Personally I am very disappointed. The quality of this game has really gone downhill. It is embarrassingly unpolished; already in the first level it has visual bugs, script errors, crashes, etc. I can only hope they will bring the quality back to the game in upcoming patches.
I’ve played through the first and second levels and I really enjoyed it. I don’t think I’ve seen a single bug this far? The maps are a good mix between open areas and small spaces and there’s a pretty big variety in enemies and stuff… The AI seems even dumber than in the original though (is that even possible?) :P
Overall I’m pretty positive but I haven’t had any crashes or anything of that kind either.

Yes, steam has an older version of the game. Retail has coop and working MP, steam version does not. FAIL
Not sure who to blame either… :P
