My steam is acting weird and will not start.I get that “Update” tab when I start it,it goes @27% and then reloads.It does that 3 times than I get this message:”Steam is temporarily unavailable, please try later.”.

I renamed ClientRegistry.blob and it didnt do anything.Pleaze help

Ye, I had that this morning when i turned my PC on. I just set Steam to load in offline mode in the registry, loaded steam, then restarted it in online mode and it worked fine.
