Howdy a;; i have just installed QL and played the newby practice but now i try to join the regular matches with online players but if i just have joineds erver PB kicks me :(

I had that. You need punkbuster installed , otherwise _SOME_ server might kick you. Thing i had was , that my AV didnt seem to trust punkbuster , and kept blocking it.

and why are you posting this on these forums?
for win7/vista, disable UAC (use google) and save time on a lot of problems
fixed just download Firefox browser and works fine now :D
