You’re fine – he can’t trace the IP to find your address and your ISP is not going to give that information to anyone without a court order.
actually there is a website that can find out your rough area almost down to street from your ip cant remember name though
good thing im from latvia then, there are no streets here
Idk exactly how ISP’s in most other countries work but if you have a dynamic IP there afaik is fuck all anyone can find out about you from your IP, generally speaking. They can find out what pool your IP is from and what ISP you’re using, whoop de doo.

I have the following highly detailed solution to your problem. Be very careful to follow this through perfectly and not miss any steps:
1: Go to your router/modem
2: Turn it off
3: Turn it onSuccess! You now have a new IP address. Now stop acting like a retard on the internet so people do this sort of thing. :D

Depends, some providers here have not dynamic IP :)
In Europe, pretty much all providers use Dynamic IP’s unless:
A) You specifically ask for a static IP
B) Its a buisness line
Im not saying you DON’T get static IP’s, im saying its very very very very unlikely he does.
Bethere give out a lot of static IPs to there customers. They can be quite useful.
I have one myself, which is why I’m very careful not to get people threatening me. Otherwise I’d have to hide in the cupboard under my stairs, with my tinfoil hat and a packet of rich tea biscuits.
A reliable and agreeable alternative Flush! I would also consider party rings, however I’m a little afraid the E numbers in the colourful icing would make me hyperactive and I might fall out of the cupboard into my doom.
