Mumble 1.1.8 - moving the overlay

How does one move the overlay position? Couldn’t find it in the settings and google tells me nothing :(
its under the overlay tab in options has a whole section to itself called position
Theres no such thing as an overlay tab – at least not in 1.1.8 . Theres only “Audio Input”, “User Interface”, “Shortcuts” and “Network”. I looked twice and its in neither of them. Theres also no such thing as “Advanced Settings” like in earlier Mumble-Versions.
