Hi all,
I’ve posted a job spec similar to this before on another gaming league, which generated quite a bit of interest and even some interviews. This is basically a perefect job for someone who loves computers and the internet and are looking to get into the IT/Marketing industry.
Please see the job spec and apply here – http://www.gumtree.com/london/10/43885510.html
If you do apply, please read more into SEO and make sure you can answer basic questions….theres nothing worse than going to an interview and not having a clue about the job.
PS. this is not an ad/spam, this is a genuine job available within the company i work for which i know allot of people who are into gaming could well be interested in. If admins dont like the idea of posting this, please feel free to delete it.
just posted the answer to that on the other forum, see below!
pay depends on a variety of different factors and ive got no idea what the basic would be so i cant help you there, its a london job so it aint peanuts tho! its also a junior role so that should give you a idea anyway
think the reason he isnt advertising the company/salary is because he wants someone whos genuinely interested in the role and not the pay. if this is your 1st job in the industry, you shouldnt be too picky ;)
we’re also hoping to have someone in by early next month, so if youre good – the probability of you getting the job is pretty high :)
Im in 1st/2nd line support myself was just interested how much london jobs such as this are :-) any range at all?
Its a nice opportunity to get your feet on the ladder as you say, but if your a uni graduate with any sort of decent grade you’ll wanna go for at least 17k and if you’re in london at least 20k. That being said if its somthing that interests you, its better being on the bottom of a ladder you want to climb. I started on 18k last year first year out of Uni now have worked my way up to some sexual pay rises all through hard work because its somthing you enjoy.
wouldnt say thats how it works in this industry, not many grads will get 18-20k without any experience
