I cant honestly see the differences except maybe some different heroes/abilities
Tbh at this stage you can’t compare it imo as HoN doesn’t even have captains mode yet afaik and a much smaller hero pool, it’s still a beta afterall.
Considering their whole point for making HoN was to make a DotA copy with slight adjustments and, mainly, less engine-restrictions I’d say give it some more time before judging. Automatic reconnects, proper clan support, they’re not trying to make a different game but a better DotA.
