Blizzard with Steelseries, Jinx, SwagDog, BradyGames and UpperDeck are running a competetion with the possibility to win a trip to BlizzCon 2009 but also additional prizes worth 2000$. But as you want to sign up you check the disclaimer and rules and see how they’re hostile against Canadians.
A canadian winner must answer a mathematical skill-testing question to recieve his prize!

That’s a quirk in the Canadian law, any official contests held require the winner to answer a question of this kind.
