Got some problem with steam

Hello guys, I got some problems.
1. When I starting steam, it asks for my login and password.
2. I type it correctly, but steam writes “Steam has trouble connecting steam servers”
and cant login steam all day.
3. I got this problem two days ago, reinstalled Steam 2 times, but it hadn’t help.
Next day steam started WITHOUT asking anything.
P.S I didnt push any links in steam chat.
Known problem, can be that steamservers are bussy or something else, I would wait like you did some days or/and if that dosent helt reinstall steam til I get it to work.
