since we have russians/eastern block ppl who got the same ping and lag like hell!

While this is true, Russia = Europe, USA = America ;p
Heavy emphasis on the Europe part of European Team Fortress 2 League
American teams are allowed to sign ofc, but they will have to play on European based servers.
“Any player of any country is welcome to play in the ETF2L. But remember all matches have to be played on European located servers which may cause a ping disadvantage.”
so ye.
next problem = time zones
Thats why most Americans seem to want to play EU, if they dont work early / dont go to school or college. At least thats the reason ive been reading.

complexity played in EMS two seasons in a row or something, didn’t they?
no US team will ever join etf2l cause of all the issues with scheduling/timezone, plus there isn’t any sort of prize to make them want to play like EMS has
you’ll just have to settle for the random merkins who decide to join teams like me !!
