If you want to find players for a team you should first create one by going to Team Admin -> My teams -> Create team (direct link: http://etf2l.org/wp/wp-admin/index.php?page=teams&sub=create).
After that you can create a recruitment post for your team by going to Team Admin -> Recruitment (direct link: http://etf2l.org/wp/wp-admin/index.php?page=recruit). Here you should select that you’re a team. Under “Classes played” you can select multiple classes by holding down Ctrl button and clicking the classes you’re looking for.
After you publish it, it’ll be shown under teams recruitment section: http://etf2l.org/recruitment/teams
