Serious Problem! PLEASE HELP!!!

So, firstly this is very serious and please don’t think I am joking. I think I have contracted the killer swine flu. I am very scared and hope I will not die, I am sleeping a lot, drinking lots of water and having baths.. However I feel I am getting worse.
It started this morning I was feeling not my happiest, so I did my usual routine and I got back from college at 11:30am. I went out again at 3:10pm and went home and to bed at 4:00pm, ever since I’ve woken up I have a very bad headache, I feel sick and my burps tastes of sick, I keep coughing and have sneezed 4 times in the last hour!
What should I do!?
In our country you need to go immediatly to the hospital even if you just think it’s the mexican flu… so my opinion go to the hospital?
I got something too, dunno if it’s swine flu though, might be just a cold. Afaik, the only reported case of swine flu has been in Germany…
