I’m thinking of something under 40 euros.
The laptop is Core I-7 so it overheats quite quickly.
And it’s 15 inches so naturally I need the one that would be bigger than/fit the laptop.

There aren’t that big of a selection of laptop coolers, with very good reason: If the thermal paste is completely dried, buying a laptop cooler won’t solve the initial issues of overheating. The effects of a laptop cooler isn’t that big imo. Currently, I believe the best laptop cooler you can get is the CM Storm SF-Series.I believe that will be able to get the temperatures to go down by a few degrees. Also The CM Notepal X3 and the Zalman NC series is decent.
The best thing you can do is to get your GPU/CPU repasted. If you use your laptop a lot for gaming (a few hours a day), you might have to repaste your GPU/CPU every 4-6 months, to avoid overheating issues. Also remember to clean your heatsinks for dust. Most of the times, compressed air is not enough, and you would have to take it apart to remove the dust completely. I recently took apart my sisters laptop, which hadn’t been cleaned for over a year, this is what the heatsink looked like: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/46469811/DustyHeatsink.jpg
