how to fix this

Today when i opened tf2 there wasnt any server at all. So i decided to restart my steam, right after i did i’ve seen this error ; http://puu.sh/gkGH2/a42d7a5cfb.png . After i tried several times i decided to uninstall steam. And now i get this error;
http://puu.sh/gkMKA/8a3375613d.png my friend told me to do Run this command ; “”D:SteamSteam.exe” -tcp” and my steam works like that but now i cant connect any server in any online game When i say game info to someone http://puu.sh/glS0F/fff06f9188.png so if someone knows it plz halp
Do you have a firewall or anything that could block internet ? Maybe even an antivirus
well i deleted my antivirus yesterday but it didnt changed, and please if someone thinks that they might know it, just add me on steam
Restart router?
Clearly something is blocking UDP… check with your ISP support.
restarted my router like 10 times already same for restarting my pc too and still nothing changed
Try unplugging all cables from your router that go to other devices except for your PC and see if everyting works.

tried it and i got the same “No Connection” error
You tried reinstalling everything, like windows etc?

i removed my antivirus program , closed my firewall , removed and installed steam for like 3-4 times i can open steam with a command but the problem is i cant see any server at all, i just want to see some other options before i reinstall windows

“I’ve been able to recreate this scenario involving the use of Find Servers in CS:S, DoD:S and TF2. You can fix this by forcing the Steam client to update. Please go to Steam > Check for updates. This should find an update for Steam and fix your problems. The issue was that the client was old code and we had a check for a new client version after approximately 1 hour. So for some users, they would not reach the time when they would be prompted to update the client; we have since fixed that.”
