i mean the gpu memory clock. i has tf2 launched, minimized and watching on this. the memory clock dropped sometimes for 500-700Mhz . is that ok? http://i.imgur.com/cYTGlEN.gif
well its not gonna go on full throttle when it doesnt need to. its just saving power and money.

its not like that. i am getting massive fps drops sometimes. like my stable fps is 250~ but sometimes it drops like to 20-30 for a 2nd and its annoying, so i thought if this is the reason?!
it might be the steam overlay if you have that enabled. It likes going wonky whenever shit goes down on the steam servers
