they say putting it in windowed helps, as well as lowering texture quality

FPS config that will help the issue. You still have to change the resolution in the file.(Resx, Resy)

I’m constantly pulling around 90fps on a GTX670 with i5 2500k. I can’t for the life of me get it to go above 120 constant. I’ve installed the FPS config, lowered res to 800×600, nvidia inspector tweaked LOD to 15, and the FPS is still the same. It’s not capped, because if I join an empty server and go into a small corridor I can get over 120. Mouse input is also laggy for me (with filtering and vsync off in config).
