This is apparently a thing in slavic countries…
no it’s not, unless you’re a typical working class chav
While it’s commonly associated on the internet with russian chavs, squatting like this regularly is good for your health.
It’s also more difficult than it looks. Try squatting all the way down with the soles of your foot fully on the ground. Try staying that way for a few minutes at a time. Depending on your fitness, it can be a bit tricky to do.
Now consider that chavs and physical labor workers can squat like this for 20+ minutes at a time without any real discomfort. Not bad, eh?
Here’s a nice article on the health benefits of slavsquats: http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/the_thirdworld_squat

Interesting stuff, i’ve always been terrible in the squat rack, perhaps slavsquats are the way to go!

More retarded topics, please.
What are you on about? As a Slav, I approve this.
Are hyping up considerably common body postures a thing now? Then follow my lead, fellow wannabe hipsters: I sit, lie, stand, walk and even run regularly!
