I need one Steam account with inbox on GMail

So as it turns out I need to wait 13 days to start using my new Steam accounts as a bots.
Could someone please lend me one account for like a thirteen days, so that I don’t have to wait with the work?
It’s not a scam and idc about the games on that account, all I need it to have is at least one paid game.
It’s for my side project which is TF2 betting website
