1st: Leonid Utyosov (soviet entertainer) – song “Bryanskaya ulitsa”
2nd: Muslim Magomaev (soviet – azerbaijani and russian – opera singer and entertainer, composer) – song “Luchshiy gorod Zemli” (“The best city on the Earth”)

If you want more – you should just try the best of so called “soviet estrade”. Leonid Utyosov and Muslim Magomaev were one of the best representatives of this.
