Thats not true, if you use baltcom or lattelecom. I still have my 500/500 to finland, then somewhere around 150/100 to UK and then it goes down once it goes over ocean. But in europe its still good 100mbps.

p.s. I use baltcom, same as the OP. Lattelecom – the largest fibre network around here also does around 100mbps around europe. Its only 3rd party networks that ive seen have such problems
