Razer Deathadder 2013 worth it?

So I’ve been looking for a new mouse recently and came across this one in my local electronics store:
http://www.razerzone.com/de-de/gaming-mice/razer-deathadder

I asked around a lot but none of my friends seem to own this one so it’s hard to get feedback on how this thing actually performs.
As far as the deathadders design goes it’s pretty decent tbh.

Good grip, ergonomics, size is appropriate etc. nothing to complain about from my side.
Specs also seem to be decent (no idea who the fuck would need 6400 dpi but better have and not need than need and not have ).

Thing is that I heard some negative points about razer mice in general.
The most common ones seem to be durability and drivers.

People say that these mice tend to brake really fast and the idea of having to bring that thing back for repairment after 2 weeks because LMB isn’t working anymore doesn’t seem too favorable for me (given that they even repair it).

I’ve also been told that Razer Synapse 2.0 is a pain in the ass(?)

No idea really ,maybe people just talk a lot of bull. That’s why I posted here hoping I could get some feedback on the deathadder from someone who is (or was) using it.

Thanks in advance for your guys answers :D

PS: In case you’re wondering that thing costs 70€ in my local electro-store and I’d buy it from there because of guarentee stuff.

you are over-thinking this.

you like it, it fits your hand, it is made by a decent, successful manufacturer. it comes with a warranty.

just buy it, it wont be awful, it wont make you a better player but it will probably be nicer to use than your current mouse if you like the feel of the new one.

Mine just broke last week after 3 years of using. It is a really good mouse. I’m not sure why the drivers would be a problem? At least for me i just installed them and that was that.

I bought a Mionix Naos 8200 to replace it, might want to check it out as well, I’m liking it more than the deathadder.

I’m currently running my 2nd deathadder. Best palm grip mouse ever fucking made :3
(3+ years in total or so)

Considering that the 2013 edition has a better sensor and some small improvements over the 1st one. I would say just go with it.

*Why my 2nd deathadder, because call of duty rage thats why*

Definetely worth it! I bought this one 2 weeks ago, took me 3 days to get used to that size cause i was having smaller mouses before, but its so precise and you have so many options to change your mouse settings.

Aight,thanks people.
Apparently my doubts were unfounded. Gonna get that thing :D

Razer DA 2013 is a decent mouse, but you should get zowie ec1 evo instead or ec2 evo which is slightly smaller.
But yeah if you want it so badly then go for it.
