No offense to CanFo, but only by the pure amount of work done, Sonny should have been admin of the season. Just my 2 cents.
While I’m not pleased with how the divs ended up, I respect that it’s a difficult job that goes with no thanks as well as much much hate.
But to sort through all the teams, place them in the divs after organising through so much evidence, talk and speculation. And to even then, take all the backlash and attention that comes from it on irc and talk to everyone that had an issue with it with such grace (you can see my name there).

The point is its entirely voluntary. He doesn’t get paid or receive anything in return. Don’t get me wrong, when someone makes the argument “well who cares if we’re not doing a good job, we’re not getting paid” i’m the first to jump on the “fuck off, that’s not how it works” train, but I don’t see what’s wrong with giving someone doing a good job a little credit, even if it’s their real job.

If you bitch at admins doing things wrong, have the balls to give credit when admins do things right.

I’m not thanking someone for doing their job for god’s sake, I mean, he gets paid quite handsomely for taking those queries, massive amounts of real money change hands via etf2l.org each day that none of you are even aware of, yes, it’s true.
All the admins are as rich as Croeseus from their machinations and account tweaking. It all comes from the HUGE advertising revenue they receive.
So yeah, get back to work you idle scum, go make that six figure salary mean something.
In other news, big thank you to all the admins, (but especially Sonny, cuz it’s his thread after all), for making a nice place for us all to enjoy some competitive TF2.
Cheers guys. May your season 14 be easy and quiet with not a single default hunt argument or match page bitch fest.
