I’ve not tried it but Iceborn Gauntlet and Muramana on Ryze must surely be good, extra CDR, mana and damage on his auto attack. The toggle on Muramana looks siiick once he’s stacked up on mana.

I got the hang of the new jungle as Maokai last night (after help on blue), the biscuit mastery and crystaline flask help you survive that first clear. I didn’t even miss not having any gold per items which was odd.

yeah those items are definitely sick on Ryze, but the gauntlet is more situational. if no one else builds it I think I’d almost always favour Frozen Heart. Muramana is absolutely sick on Anivia and Ryze though. tbh, Muramana will work on a lot of burst casters.

I’m now favouring aggressive damage junglers over the support kind. lee sin jungle has been hella fun.

starting machete+5pots is kinda necessary to get both buffs in the new jungle. as long as you get smiteless on the first buff, you can clear wolf/wraith > buff > other buff > by 2:30ISH and have 1 pot left.

top lane is a lot easier to play aggressive now that the supports have a ward upon starting the game. having your support ward early for you around 1:30 (3min ward) means it’s pretty safe to start Dblade on renek/riven to shit on your lane opponent and snowball your lane. top is still as snowbally as it used to be.

Spirit stone and Madreds damage stacks for jungle creeps, so you can build both and build them into useful mid game items on AD based junglers (Noc, Olaf etc) (Lizard stone and Wriggles).

I always enjoyed jungling but i’m fucking loving the jungle changes for the variety of junglers and builds i can go now.

The whole point of the new jungle is to prevent the “only” jungling choice being the early gank pressure junglers like mao, lee.

I’ve been watching keenly on reddit for the past few weeks waiting for the changes, i guess thats why i wasn’t confused when stuff hit, there’s been like 10 billion lists of all the changes on there haha.
