Why? That sounds inefficient in every way I can think of..

HTML and CSS is pretty easy, once you understand the basics the rest is a piece of cake
Depending on how comfortable you feel with the css, you could try out http://960.gs960 Grid[/url]
It’s basically a system that setups a grid with 960 pixels in it, basing everything into columns. It can be quite a handy tool once you get the idea and grip on how it works
Also checkout W3Schools if you havent already, they have almost everything code related
And if you have problems with something, I am sure google will help.
