this guy: http://steamcommunity.com/id/nvcuk/ (or that’s his ID atm) is adding people and probably trying to scam you, just a warning for anyone that adds you and claims to be me.. as it’s not me!

But that guy actually has a real picture of nvc, whereas you have one of the default avatars… Why should we trust you??

Seriously though, who is/was it? I have them on my friends list but they their profile on private and keep taking on different identities. Right now this person is Randa.
Just a little tip to those finding and linking to scammers – when you get their steam community link, use a tool like http://www.vacbanned.com or http://steamidfinder.com to get their full Steam Community ID (large number). The reason for this is that they can change the name at the end of their address at any time (like the guy in the OP did) to avoid ‘detection’, but they can’t change the long number ID.
