Only imposters claim they are the real one on their community page, and the steamcommunity link of the supposed imposter is not working on that page, this look very suspicious, so in doubt I reported this one.

How do you know he has been banned? The link you posted wasn’t a permanent link to his profile, he probably just changed his custom url.
