AMD RADEON HD 7770 - sound problem

Sup folks,
I bought a new pc a few weeks ago and it as a AMD RADEON HD 7770 in it – wich is making sounds like i am raping a cat – but just when playing tf2, every other game is runnin perfectly fine with it and i have no sound problems with it what so ever, any ideas for a fix? updated all drivers etc
how much fps do you get? my 7950 tends to “whine” if my fps is above 200 in some games, tf2 is fine though.
can get to a stable 400 fps in tf2, should i cap it on something lower? its really annoying tho :))))
