Recently acquired the sennheiser PC360 to replace my ageing and broken HD580’s and steelseries 5hv2 (also broken :D). Sound quality is not quite on the same level as the HD580s, but the convenience of having only 1 headset so I don’t have to switch between 2 headsets all the time is a nice plus. The PC360s are also fairly balanced unlike most gaming headsets which are “tuned for hearing footsteps” etc. making them god awful for music or movies. My only real complaint is that the bass is a little muddy compared to the HD580s, otherwise it’s mostly just as good, and has a mic!
Also, I find the PC360s very comfortable, but then I also found the HD580s very comfortable so that’s no real suprise. I vastly prefer circumaural designs as I find the headphones pressing on my ears to be very annoying.

I’m a big fan of my AD700 for gaming, though they seem to fit a bit weird if you have a “thin” head.
edit: wrong pricerange, esp. in EU.

quite expensive, but you will NEVER regret any buck spent for this piece of finest german engineering =) I love them and I can just imagine what they will sound like with my 150€ soundcard in my near future pc build :) makes me daydream
