You can have shitmusic festivals everywhere, np ;)
Also the drug policy at every major dutch festival is zero-tolerance, complete opposite of the “gedoogbeleid”, which is really hypocritical. For good festivals you have to go more towards the south or the east of Europe imo.

Dutch Hardcore is pretty much shite. Dutch House on the other hand is most excellent
festivals should be dirty and hard to survive, not high heels and gel haircuts surrounded by trees.
