Need quake live help

So when i start quake live, open a map, it only gets choppy and like 1fps and when i klick the screen gets white, need help :( After i opened it my screen gets reaaally bright and messed up aswell

quakelive doesnt support chrome so try firefox or internet explorer

Really? Couple of weeks ago when I was using chrome it said its not supported so I stopped using it
quake works perfectly fine for me in Chrome, however i know there are a few people that have had issues in the past. as suggested, try Firefox.
Incase you only want to use Firefox for Quake Live then you might as well use QLPrism http://www.qlprism.us/

tried firefox, tried explorer, same problem, trying QLPrism in a bit
same problem again with qlprism
