Hello,
I wanted to ask if it’s possible to play PS2 games (Naruto Shippuuden Accel 2) on a PS3 platform? (researching it in google was a mess so I tought I would ask people who already have the platform). Also what games would you recommend apart from Metal Gear Solid 4 and God of War 3?
I am looking for a game that:
– Is a non-first-person game (Example: Not Call of Duty)
– Has a reasonable story line or ass-kicking in it (Street Fighter IV)
Thank you and have a Happy Boxing Day.

Only certain systems have backwards compatability, they are a few of the original ones and they arent being made yet so they will be expensive to find. I recommend playing the 2 uncharted games!
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 (<3 )
Brutal Legend
F1 2010
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

F1 2010
If you’re going to buy a racing game on PS3 it should be Gran Turismo 5. F1 2010 is alright, but it just feels like it isn’t particularly well-made (imo, this was from playing the pc version). In the end there’s only 1 thing you can really do on that – f1 races, as opposed to much more in gt5 (karting, rallying, NASCAR, there is a formula race, etc…)

that’s a really DAMAGING statement
Devil may cry 4 and Heavy rain
Thanks, I decided to go for the Uncharted games and the Naruto one. (Gran Turismo is nice, but no chance as I don’t have an HDTV in my room or an HDMI cable.)
I also want a fighting game, if you know any, that has an annoying hard difficulty and requires frustrating button mashing. (No wrestling or boxing games please, as they are made for 12 year olds that have to read the instruction manual in order to play it).

I played it on the PC, but I can say that I didn’t understand a thing. I just want a fighting game that is not so complex (as I already decided what games to buy for the complex part).

I have it already. I was hoping there is a similar game. Is there any 2D (like on PS2), Naruto or Dragon Ball game? I don’t want to see the characters from their back, I want to see them from a side, same as the old arcade games, PS2 games, etc.

I haven’t played the other games as I didn’t want to play the series untill the 4th game. I had no idea who Nero is and when or where is this all happening. So basically, the events and storyline were complex for me as I had no idea of what is going on.
I take console games like movies, and I hate to watch a movie long after it started (except for when my gf makes me to).
