Does anyone know where to find a good fps config for css which is updated to work with the latest source engine updates?

just remove these parts:

// Disable ragdolls — DELETE THIS SECTION IF YOU WANT RAGDOLLS ENABLED
// Disable gibs — DELETE THIS SECTION IF YOU WANT GIBS ENABLED
