Nice and simple, like crack clan’s, fakkelbrigade’s our teams, diggys etc. With small or no text and a nice colurfull logo. It’s also nice if each player has he’s own iterpretation of it

-keep it simple, you won’t recognize long words or very detailed images in 32x32px
-high contrast
-2D > 3D for those small size savatars.
Just use some hot girl you don’t even know.
