I was going in my user name C/user/Hinrik and there was a lock on it and it told me needed administrator to continue, well I sayed ok but then all my desktop items went gone accept my computer and recycle bin, and when i open control panel there is nothing, and when i wana go in personalize and screen resolution this comes up The page failed to load. Can somebody help me.

Sounds like you just need an admin account. If you start in safe mode go to control panel> user accounts and create a new administrator account then restart into normal mode and go in to the admin account you created it should work fine.
