you do realise that
a) confiscating billions of pc is impossible
b) any action still requires courts order, which in my country would require at least couple of years
c) suing billions of internet users is kinda impossible
d) idk how u do it in us, eu has its own laws for privacy, and i wouldnt be happy if some fucker would open my laptop and browse through my gay porn collection to find illegal movies…plus, how r they going to know what is and what isnt legal? ripping music from cds u own isnt illegal as long as its for private use.. or be smart – use encrypted usb flash for ur music, when crossing borders :D

on more srs note, maybe they are still working on anti piracy stuff, but mostly targets are tracker or sharing site owners who then are put in “everyday citizen” role and put on every news site as epic scare tactic…gg, seems it works :D
