so i just got my new pc, my sisters old one that used to have vista but is now windows 7 32-bit, i can say the specs if it helps but i won’t right now, i replaced the 9800gt with a radeon eah 5850, and after uninstalling the drivers for the 9800gt and installing the second latest drivers for the 5850 when i start it p i get no taskbar or icons no matter what i do, i’m almost certain it isn’t a little desktop problem and something more to do with the drivers, help me please!

how do i unfoek it up?

i can get to properties by right clicking but every sort of file or program i try to tun just doesn’t show up, i can’t system restore because for some reason it wants to revert back to windows vista, will probaly format C
