A friend of mine wants to get a server for scrims, since I myself have never been good at this stuff and he asked me to digg into it a bit I thought I’d come to ETF2L :)
He wants a 12 slot server, based in or near London and ofcourse, ofcourse he wants the best quality-price ratio.

I’ve been in Skyride’s community/clan thing for some time and my experience is that he is not a good server manager so why would he be a good server provider?
I got an 18 slot server for 10 pound a month there.

Thanks, those both look really good, but as I said I’m quite noobish at this, is there a (big) difference between those? Ofcourse I get there are small differences, but anything worth mentioning?
Like said, my personal experience with poodleride isn’t awesome, and im about 99% sure the person that is looking for a server doesn’t want to buy a server of him.

well you should surely leave personal experience behind, quality servers, cheap, and he’s put alot of money into it.

So basically it comes down to the fact you refuse to buy a server off him just because you dislike him?
Why do you come here to ask for people’s opinions on servers if you’re going to stick with your ignorance anyway?

The server I bought from skyride is pretty damn awesome. (Amazing pings)
The control panel is horrible, though, although it’s a little price to pay compared to the server. :)

Some people rely on it and it’s buggy as hell.
Good thing’s skyride’s building his own.
