I’m not allowed to link to any warez… so you have to google for N64 emulator, pick the project64 emulator ( = the best ). Then google for N64 roms… or N64 Zelda ocarina of time rom … and you will find what you desire.

You do realize that any site that doesn’t allow linking to warez PROBABLY won’t allow a step-by-step instruction either, as it’s essentially the same thing? ;p

Edit: With that said, not sure what you were linking to in the first place, but emulators on their own aren’t illegal. ROMs, however, are illegal regardless if you own the original or not.
