desire is nicer to use imo the touch buttons on the nexus 1 can be annoying. on desire the buttons are real and you dont hit them by accident. although the led trackball is shit though. so both have benefits i guess just you dont really ever need the trackball or led so desire wins tbh

i dont like sense + nexus gets updates quicker thanks to it being the official developers phone
Like in every “phone-internet-drama-battle” its all about the taste. You like the Iphone better? Then buy it. You like the Nokia 3310 better? Buy it.
No right or wrong here just different phones.

They may have not invented it, but they sure as hell kick started the industry. Almost every phone nowadays tries to copy the iPhone in some way or another, be it apps, or software design.

Or video recording, which they claim they introduced in 2009 iwth iPhone 3. Even my W810 got that.
i have problem with apple advertising:
“Apple engineers designed the A4 chip to be a remarkably powerful yet remarkably power-efficient mobile processor.”
It’s an arm chip, probably a cortex processor, maybe tweaked for apple in some way, but i think apple claiming they designed it, is a bit bull =|

that about sums it up. Imagine that, if you bought a car, the vendor would tell you that you may never ever put green car mat thingies inside it, or anything else like that, because it deeply offends his moral ideas. You’d say “GTFO, I BUY ANOTHER ONE”.
The display is indeed impressive, but that is about all. The Desire greatly outperforms the current (3Gs, non-jailbreaked) iPhone.
